ALTERGOLDBUX Terms of Service

Please read the following rules and terms of the ALTERGOLDBUX service very carefully before joining. We've tried to keep them as short and simple as possible so they would be easy to understand and follow.

1. ALTERGOLDBUX is an advertising company and as such functions as a medium delivering website traffic to our advertisers based upon the Units they purchase. Advertisers agree and understand that ALTERGOLDBUX IS NOT AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY, and makes no claims of potential earnings. ALTERGOLDBUX in no way guarantees that an Advertiser will gain business, profits or income as a result of this method of advertising. The Advertisers understands that they are purchasing web advertising and web traffic only and no other warranties of any kind whether implied or express exist.


2. ALTERGOLDBUX is not an MLM, down line builder, forced matrix, pyramid scheme or ponzi scheme in any way and does not offer memberships and does not require any type of membership purchase. Based on our business model we DO NOT need new advertisers to pay previous members in any way. Our business plan is simple; our advertisers pay us for guaranteed page view to their sites and we take some of those profits to pay you to view those sites. The purpose of this bonus program is to reward advertisers for viewing and visiting the products and services of other Advertisers, thus creating an internal network beneficial to all ALTERGOLDBUX Unit and their businesses.


3. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate and must provide ALTERGOLDBUX.com with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address. You agree to receive emails from ALTERGOLDBUX Marketing and Administration. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone.


4. You agree to be contacted by your upline once a week.


5. Members are encouraged to promote ALTERGOLDBUX in a legal and ethical fashion. However, be aware that any of the following methods of promotion will result in immediate in termination of your account, loss of earnings and credits, and/or prosecution:
   
   a) Making false representations to lure new advertisers.
   b) Using any form of SPAM or UCE, including bulk email or SPAM posting to forums, lists, pop-up ads, pop-under ads, unsolicited instant messages or newsgroups where such postings are not welcome.
   c) Representing ALTERGOLDBUX as an investment of any kind will be grounds for IMMEDIATE termination of account and potential grounds for legal action.


6. You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to simply do is request for it on the following page to be e-mailed to you:

7. You may refer other people in your household but we do accept only ONE member PER computer.


8. The use of so called "auto-clickers" programs/software is strictly prohibited and will be ground for IMMEDIATE termination of account.


9. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on the future "hall of shame".


10. All payments are made via AlertPay, LibertyReserve, AlterGold or e-gold and no other payment method is being used at this time. Payments will be issued within 3 business days.


11. You must have a valid e-mail address and valid e-gold, AlertPay AlterGold or LibertyReserve account to register with our program. All e-mail addresses are verified and the system will not let you join without validating at least your e-mail address first.


12. Our current pay rate is $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.005 for each website your direct referrals visit.


13. You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer.


14. Advertising fees are to be paid via AlertPay, LibertyReserve, AlterGold or e-gold only.


15. By joining ALTERGOLDBUX, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.


16. You are not an employee of ALTERGOLDBUX and you are not an independent contractor for ALTERGOLDBUX. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or ALTERGOLDBUX has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.


17. All ALTERGOLDBUX Upgrades are good for a period of 30 consecutive days or 200 clicks. Each ALTERGOLDBUX Upgrade expires every 30 days but the "ShareHolder" membership which last 365 days. This means the system is not set up to require NEW memberships to survive. It is predicated on repeat business. You can have only one Upgrade running at any time. Any attempt to reverse or chargeback ALTERGOLDBUX Unit purchases will be grounds for deletion of Advertisers' account.


18. Each Upgrade must be made with your own money. We do not allow/permit any form of compounding.


19. By Upgrading You understand that we share with You 70% of our upgrades revenues and that most of the times You will need to upgrade more than once to be in profit.


20. ALTERGOLDBUX do not offer any form of refund on upgrade, referral purchase and Advertising purchase.


21. We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice. Latter notices will be posted via the ALTERGOLDBUX stats area or e-mailed to you.
